Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment reservation for any reason, a new appointment must be made by emailing rentaliftaz@gmail.com. If needing to cancel, we require a 48 hour notice by email, a cancellation fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount for hourly, $60 for 4 hour appointments and $150 for full day appointments. Lift availability is limited and cancels limit others from renting.
